AN ACT concerning land.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 10 of this Act, the Director of Natural Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to Princeville Family Health Center, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, its successors and assigns, a quitclaim deed to the following described real property, upon payment to the Department of a sum equal to fair market value, as determined by an Illinois certified general real estate appraiser, to wit:

All of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company's abandoned right-of-way, on, over and across the following described lands: Lots 1 and 8 in Block 19 Original Town of Princeville, Illinois, containing 0.10 acres, more or less, all situated in the County of Peoria and the State of Illinois.

Section 10. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required by Section 5, shall record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in Peoria County.
