| AN ACT concerning land.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section |
| 5 |
| 10 of this
Act, the Director of Natural Resources, on behalf
of |
| 6 |
| the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to |
| 7 |
| Princeville
Family Health Center, an Illinois not for profit |
| 8 |
| corporation, its successors
and assigns, a quit claim deed to |
| 9 |
| the following described real property, upon
payment to the |
| 10 |
| Department of a sum equal to fair market value, as determined
|
| 11 |
| by an Illinois certified general real estate appraiser, to wit:
|
| 12 |
| All of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad
|
| 13 |
| Company's abandoned right-of-way, on, over and across the |
| 14 |
| following described
lands: Lots 1 and 8 in Block 19 |
| 15 |
| Original Town of Princeville, Illinois,
containing 0.10 |
| 16 |
| acres, more or less, all situated in the County of Peoria |
| 17 |
| and
the State of Illinois.

| 18 |
| Section 10. The Director of Natural Resources shall
obtain |
| 19 |
| a certified
copy of this Act within 60
days
after its effective |
| 20 |
| date and, upon receipt of payment required by Section
5, shall |
| 21 |
| record the certified document in
the
Recorder's Office in |
| 22 |
| Peoria County.
