805 ILCS 206/1002
    Amends the Uniform Partnership Act (1997). Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the name of a limited liability partnership.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Uniform Partnership Act (1997) is amended
5 by changing Section 1002 as follows:

6     (805 ILCS 206/1002)
7     Sec. 1002. Name. The~~The~~ name of a limited liability
8 partnership must end with "Registered Limited Liability
9 Partnership", "Limited Liability Partnership", "R.L.L.P.",
10 "L.L.P.", "RLLP", or "LLP".
