1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1611
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1611 as follows:
3 on page 2, line 1 by replacing "January " with "July". and
4 on page 2 by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following:
5 "fingerprinted by a sheriff's department, local law
6 enforcement or any agent of any State agency providing
7 electronic fingerprint services in a form and manner
8 prescribed by the Department of State Police. The Secretary
9 of State shall prescribe the form and manner for the data
10 provided to the Secretary of State from the fingerprint
11 submission process. The applicant" and
12 on page 2, line 28 by inserting after the word "department"
13 the following: ", local law enforcement or any agent of any
14 State agency" and
15 on page 2 in lines 33 and 34 by restoring the stricken
16 language and removing the underscored. and
17 on page 3 by restoring the stricken language in lines 1
18 through 7.
19 on page 6, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
20 "Department, local law enforcement or agent of any State

2 electronic transmission" and
3 on page 6 by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following:
4 "the Department of State Police as that are required for
5 the".
