1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 686
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 686 as follows:
3 on page 3, by inserting between lines 8 and 9 the following:
4 "Section 16. Publication of the names of police
5 departments that comply or do not comply with Act. The Board
6 shall annually publish a list of police departments that
7 comply with this Act and shall annually publish a list of
8 police departments that do not comply with this Act.".
