1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 426
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 426, AS AMENDED, as
3 follows:
4 by replacing subsection (d) of Sec. 12-5.05 of Section 5 with
5 the following:
6 "(d) For the purposes of this Section, "corporate
7 entity" means any corporation, unincorporated association,
8 partnership, or any other form of business ownership
9 organized or doing business in this State, but does not
10 include the State of Illinois or any State agency, political
11 subdivision, unit of local government, or school district.".
