1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1184
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1184, on page 2,
3 by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following:
4 "of the governing body of the unit of local government, 5
5 commissioners with initial terms of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 years,
6 except as follows:"; and
7 on page 2, by replacing line 29 with the following:
8 "this amendatory Act of 1993; and"; and
9 on page 3, by replacing line 2 with the following:
10 "intergovernmental agreement; and
11 (iv) for any Housing Authority the presiding officer
12 may appoint 7 commissioners, with initial terms of 4 and
13 5 years for the 2 additional commissioners authorized and
14 appointed under this amendatory Act of the 91st General
15 Assembly."
