1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 276
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 276, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the line and page numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 12 through 15
5 with the following:
6 "licenses. No CDL shall be issued to or renewed for a person
7 who does not meet the requirement of 49 CFR 391.41(b)(11).
8 The requirement may be met with the aid of a hearing aid.".
