1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department on
2 Aging.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is appropriated to the Department on Aging for
7 the purposes of (i) funding emergency shelter beds and (ii)
8 increasing funding for the financial crimes against the
9 elderly program.
