 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4504,  by  deleting
 3    everything  after  the  enacting  clause,  and  inserting the

30    shall be the amount certified by the Illinois Racing Board in
31    January  2000  to  be  transferred  from each Account to each
