1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3854
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3854 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 13, after "event", by inserting "any
4 historical document, writing, or record, including without
5 limitation"; and
6 on page 2, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
7 "references contained in any historical document, writing, or
8 record, including without limitation a document, writing, or
9 record listed under subsection (a) of this Section.".
