1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 621
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend House Bill 621, on page 4,
3 line 23, after "danger to the public", by inserting "or when
4 a diligent effort has been made to contact a licensed
5 locksmith who can provide the service in a timely manner as
6 determined by the police, fire, or other municipal employee
7 who shall take into consideration the health and safety of
8 the occupants of the vehicle".
