1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 139
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 139 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 17 through 27 with the following:
4 "(b) Any employer who fails to comply with a final
5 decision of the Director or a reviewing court on appeal,
6 within 35 days after the decision becomes final, is guilty of
7 a petty offense and is subject to a fine of $500 for each
8 offense.".
