1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1289
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1289, on page 12,
3 line 3, by replacing "or other drug" with the following:
4 ", or other drug, or intoxicating compound"; and
5 on page 14, line 16, by replacing "or" with ", or"; and
6 on page 14, line 17, by inserting after "drug" the following:
7 ", or intoxicating compound"; and
8 on page 14, by replacing line 32 with the following:
9 "drug, substance, or intoxicating compound in such person's
10 breath, blood, or"; and
11 on page 18, line 7, by inserting "safely" after "driving";
12 and
13 on page 18, line 16, by replacing "blood" with "breath,
14 blood,"; and
15 on page 25, line 5, by inserting "intoxicating" after "or";
16 and
17 on page 25, line 6, by replacing "blood" with "breath,
18 blood,".
