1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1251
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1251, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 13, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the
5 following:
6 "not apply to a licensee who (i) is at least 62 years of age
7 before January 1, 1999 or (ii) has been licensed as a
8 cosmetologist, cosmetology".
