2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3771 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 8 through 10 with "Act of 1998 shall apply
4 only to petitions filed with the State Board of Education on
5 or after January 1, 1998."; and
6 on page 11, by replacing lines 11 through 13 with "Act of
7 1998 shall apply only to petitions filed with the State Board
8 of Education on or after January 1, 1998.".
