1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2326
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2326, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 1, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the
5 following:
6 "(20 ILCS 505/35.3)
7 Sec. 35.3 Confidentiality of foster parent identifying
8 information.
9 (a) Because foster parents accept"; and
10 on page 2, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
11 following:
12 "(c) The Department shall provide written notice of the
13 provisions of subsection (b), including the penalty for a
14 Class A misdemeanor, to anyone to whom the Department
15 discloses a foster parent's name, address, or telephone
16 number.".
