1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4360
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4360 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Commission on Equity and Inclusion Act is
5 amended by changing Section 40-1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 574/40-1)
7     Sec. 40-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the
8 ~~the~~ Commission on Equity and Inclusion Act. References in this
9 Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
