1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1188
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1188 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is
5 amended by changing Section 100-1 as follows:

6     (725 ILCS 5/100-1)  (from Ch. 38, par. 100-1)
7     Sec. 100-1. Short title.This Act shall be known and~~and~~
8 may be cited as the "Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963".
