1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2864
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2864 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 5 with the following:
4 "Section 4.29 and by adding Section 4.39 as follows:"; and

5 by replacing line 16 on page 1 through line 10 on page 2 with
6 the following:

7     "(5 ILCS 80/4.39 new)
8     Sec. 4.39. Act repealed on December 31, 2029. The following
9 Act is repealed on December 31, 2029:
10     The Structural Pest Control Act.".
