1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4069
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4069 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by adding
5 Section 4-103.5 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 5/4-103.5 new)
7     Sec. 4-103.5. Road construction bids. Bids for the award of
8 any State or federally funded road construction contract shall
9 include transportation costs itemized apart from the cost of
10 the goods or materials transported.".
