AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2705

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2705 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing lines 26 and 27 with the following: "such quarter, and, if required by the Department, by rule, for the calendar year, on or before the due date determined by the Department January 31 of the succeeding calendar year, make a return with respect"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following: "the close of such quarter, and, if required by the Department, by rule, for the calendar year, on or before the due date determined by the Department January 31 of the succeeding calendar year, make a".
