 1                     AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 69

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 69 on page  2,  by
 3    replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:

 4        "(a-1)  Commencing   on   the   effective  date  of  this
 5    amendatory Act of  the  93rd  General  Assembly,  the  county
 6    engineer  of Will County may establish a 2-year pilot program
 7    in  Will  County  for  the  issuance  of  a  permit  for  the
 8    transportation  of  divisible  load  vehicles  not  exceeding
 9    80,000 pounds in gross weight on county roads.".
