| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Clarence R. Frisch Sr. of Bloomington, | 4 | | who passed away on October 25, 2020; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was born to Clarence A. and Esther | 6 | | Ryan Frisch in Bloomington on September 10, 1936; he married | 7 | | Janice M. Herrin in 1963; he served in the United States Army; | 8 | | and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch enjoyed working outdoors and was a | 10 | | Chicago Bears fan; he loved his children, grandchildren, and | 11 | | great-grandchildren deeply; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch was preceded in death by his wife; | 13 | | his son, Ricky Frisch; and his beloved pet, Yorky; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Clarence Frisch is survived by two children, Tina | 15 | | (Dan) Cottone and Clarence Frisch Jr.; his grandchildren, | 16 | | Daniel (Amanda) Cottone, Samantha Dilley, Christopher Frisch, | 17 | | Mellicent Frisch, Quinten Frisch, and Karyssa (Mady) Frisch; | 18 | | and his four great-grandchildren, Sophia Dilley, Luciana | 19 | | Cottone, Gabrielle Smith, and Benjamin Patterson; therefore, | 20 | | be it
