1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Kenneth A. "Kenny" Ryckman III of
4 Waukegan, who passed away on June 4, 2018; and

5     WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was born in Waukegan to Kenneth A.
6 Jr. and Judith Lynn (Cranor) Ryckman on April 25, 1969; and

7     WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman served in the United States Army;
8 and

9     WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was a member of St. Anastasia
10 Parish; and

11     WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman was preceded in death by his
12 parents; and

13     WHEREAS, Kenny Ryckman is survived by his sister, Katie
14 Lynn Ryckman; his niece, Eveianna Ryckman; his nephew,
15 Alexander Ryckman; and his aunt and uncle, Jane (Ryckman) and
16 Dale Shorman; therefore, be it

17     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
18 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
19 Kenneth A. "Kenny" Ryckman III, and extend our sincere

1 condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved
2 him; and be it further

3     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
4 presented to the family of Kenny Ryckman as an expression of
5 our deepest sympathy.
