SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dr. Kenneth William Hunnemeder of Gurnee, who passed away on May 18, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Hunnemeder was born in Brooklyn, New York to Rita T. and Kenneth J. Hunnemeder on August 13, 1949; he graduated from St. Leo University as well as Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1976; he was married to Jeanette M. Hunnemeder for 39 years; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Hunnemeder opened his own chiropractic office in 1981 and worked there until his death; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Hunnemeder was preceded in death by his parents; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Hunnemeder is survived by his daughter, Brittany M. Hunnemeder; his son, Kenneth E. Hunnemeder; his brothers, Richard Hunnemeder, Paul Hunnemeder, and Gregory Hunnemeder; and his sisters, Jeanne Steiner and Karen Scott; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Dr. Kenneth William Hunnemeder and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dr. Hunnemeder as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
