SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Amends the Private College Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning restoring a certificate.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Private College Act is amended by changing Section 11 as follows:

(110 ILCS 1005/11) (from Ch. 144, par. 131)

Sec. 11. At any time after the the revocation of any certificate, the Board may restore it to the accused person.
