HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to recognize notable achievements of citizens of this State; and

WHEREAS, The Frankfort Preservation Foundation Board of Directors has established a "Lifetime Service" Award program in order to recognize, honor, and preserve the memory of citizens and historic landmarks that exemplify the highest standards of stewardship within its community; and

WHEREAS, At a ceremony on Friday, August 13, 2004, at CD & Me, Glenn Warning is being honored with the Public Servant Lifetime Service award for his selflessness as an elected official; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Warning has dedicated his time and talents to the Village of Frankfort by serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission for 7 years, as President for 24 years, and as a Trustee on the Will County Board of Trustees for 14 years; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Glenn Warning on being honored with the Public Servant Lifetime Service award presented by the Frankfort Preservation Foundation Board of Directors; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Glenn Warning as an expression of our respect and esteem.
