 1        AN ACT in relation to certain land.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  Upon the payment of the sum of one dollar  to
 5    the  State  of  Illinois,  and  subject to the conditions set
 6    forth in Section 900  of  this  Act,  the  Secretary  of  the
 7    Department  of  Transportation  is  authorized  to  convey by
 8    quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in and  to  the
 9    State  right-of-way on the northeast corner of Illinois Route
10    2 and Palmyra Avenue in Dixon, Illinois for the  construction
11    of a Veterans' War Memorial.

12        Section  900.   The  Secretary  of  Transportation  shall
13    obtain   a  certified  copy  of  the  portions  of  this  Act
14    containing the title, enacting clause,  the  effective  date,
15    the  appropriate  Section  or  Sections  containing  the land
16    descriptions of the property to be transferred  or  otherwise
17    affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective
18    date  and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or
19    Sections, if  any  payment  is  required,  shall  record  the
20    certified  document in the Recorder's Office in the county in
21    which the land is located.
