    Amends the Nuclear Safety Law of 2004. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Nuclear Safety Law of 2004 is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3310/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Nuclear Safety Law of 2004.
