30 ILCS 265/1

Amends the Technology Development Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Technology Development Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Technology Development Act.
