SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

505 ILCS 147/20 new

Amends the Renewable Energy Facilities Agricultural Impact Mitigation Act. Provides that the Department of Agriculture shall establish a form and database on the Department's website for complaints or comments that concern a commercial renewable energy facility.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning agriculture.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Renewable Energy Facilities Agricultural Impact Mitigation Act is amended by adding Section 20 as follows:

(505 ILCS 147/20 new)

Sec. 20. Form; commercial renewable energy facility. The Department shall establish a form and database on the Department's website for complaints or comments that concern a commercial renewable energy facility.
