2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

19     Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
20 repealing Sections 2-1705, 2-1706, 2-1707, 2-1708, 2-1709,
21 2-1710, 2-1711, 2-1712, 2-1713, 2-1714, 2-1715, 2-1716,
22 2-1717, 2-1718, and 2-1719.

23     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
