820 ILCS 190/1

Amends the Illinois Fringe Benefit Portability and Continuity Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Fringe Benefit Portability and Continuity Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(820 ILCS 190/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Fringe Benefit Portability and Continuity Act.
