220 ILCS 5/20-101
    Amends the Retail Electric Competition Act of 2006 in the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Article.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing
5 Section 20-101 as follows:

6     (220 ILCS 5/20-101)
7     Sec. 20-101. This Article may be cited as the~~the~~ Retail
8 Electric Competition Act of 2006.
