5 ILCS 80/4.30 rep.
5 ILCS 80/4.31

    Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date of specified Acts from from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning government.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    (5 ILCS 80/4.30 rep.)
5    Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
6repealing Section 4.30.
 
7    Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
8changing Section 4.31 as follows:
 
9    (5 ILCS 80/4.31)
10    Sec. 4.31. Acts repealed on January 1, 2021. The following
11Acts are repealed on January 1, 2021:
12    The Auction License Act.
13    The Cemetery Oversight Act.
14    The Community Association Manager Licensing and
15Disciplinary Act.
16    The Crematory Regulation Act.
17    The Cemetery Oversight Act.
18    The Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989.
19    The Illinois Health Information Exchange and Technology
20Act.
21    The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.
22    The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989.

1    The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice Act.
2    The Perfusionist Practice Act.
3    The Pharmacy Practice Act.
4    The Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989.

6    The Real Estate License Act of 2000.
7    The Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989.
