225 ILCS 217/1
    Amends the Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act of2011. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee
5 Regulation Act of 2011 is amended by changing Section 1 as
6 follows:

7     (225 ILCS 217/1)
8     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2023)
9     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Fire
10 Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act of 2011.
