AN ACT to repeal the Illinois Wine and Spirits Industry
Fair Dealing Act of 1999.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
(815 ILCS 725/Act rep.)
Section 5. The Illinois Wine and Spirits Industry Fair
Dealing Act of 1999 is repealed.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
