AN ACT concerning schools.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
3-9.5 as follows:
(105 ILCS 5/3-9.5 new)
Sec. 3-9.5. Interfund loans allowed. A regional office
of education is allowed to make interfund loans. If a
regional office of education makes an interfund loan, then it
must repay the loan by the end of the fiscal year.
