AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Illinois Insurance Code is amended by | ||||
adding Section 370d.1 as follows: | ||||
(215 ILCS 5/370d.1 new) | ||||
Sec. 370d.1. Group policies; chambers of commerce. | ||||
Companies that issue group policies of accident and health | ||||
insurance under this Article must offer such policies to local | ||||
chambers of commerce.
