AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st |
General Assembly becomes law, the Transportation Network |
Providers Act is amended by changing Section 34 as follows:

Sec. 34. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2023 |
June 1, 2021.
