AN ACT concerning regulation.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Dead Animal Disposal Act is amended |
by adding Section 3 as follows:

Sec. 3. Exemption from Act. A collection center to collect |
cooking grease or cooking oil from the public hosted by a |
not-for-profit organization exempt from federal income taxes |
under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a |
government entity is exempt from the registration, licensure, |
fee, and reporting requirements under this Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
