AN ACT concerning pie.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding | ||||
Section 100 as follows: | ||||
(5 ILCS 460/100 new) | ||||
Sec. 100. State pie. Pumpkin pie is designated the official | ||||
State pie of the State of Illinois.
