    AN ACT concerning government.
  
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
    Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended  by adding 
Section 95 as follows:
 
    (5 ILCS 460/95 new)
    Sec. 95. State tartan. The Illinois Saint Andrew Society 
Tartan is designated the official tartan of the State of 
Illinois.
 
 
    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
becoming law.
