Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

Certification Act is repealed.

(820 ILCS 215/Act rep.)

Section 3. The Illinois Street Trades Law is repealed.

(820 ILCS 240/Act rep.)

Section 5. The Industrial Home Work Act is repealed.
|
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
