AN ACT concerning local government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by |
adding Section 26.10-12 as follows:

Sec. 26.10-12. Vaccinations administered on Chicago Park |
District property. The Chicago Park District may not prohibit |
licensed medical personnel from using appropriate medical |
equipment, including needles, to administer vaccinations as |
part of a health related program or fair held on property owned |
or leased by the Chicago Park District, provided that all |
permit requirements, policies, and procedures of the Chicago |
Park District are complied with in full as determined by the |
Chicago Park District.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
