AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by |
adding Section 3.3 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 840/3.3 new) |
Sec. 3.3. State natural areas. The following described |
areas are designated State Natural Areas and shall have the |
names ascribed to them in this Section: |
Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area, in Vermilion |
County.
