Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 51 of the 96th

General Assembly, as enrolled, becomes law, then Senate Bill 51 |
of the 96th
General Assembly is amended by changing Section |
99-99 as follows:
