AN ACT concerning civil law.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
Official United States Flag Act.
|
Section 5. Flying the United States flag at public |
facilities. Each agency of the State government and each unit |
of local government shall ensure that each United States flag |
that is flown at each building, structure, or facility that is |
owned or occupied entirely by the agency of the State |
government or unit of local government is manufactured in the |
United States. |
