    AN ACT concerning property.
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
 
    Section 5. "An Act concerning real property", approved
August 1, 2007, Public Act 95-19, is amended by changing
Sections 5 and 10 as follows:
 
    (P.A. 95-19, Sec. 5)
    Sec. 5. Legislative declaration. The General Assembly
declares that the State of Illinois has surplus real property
situated in the vicinity of Weber Road and West Division Street
in Will County which is a parcel containing 200 acres, more or
less, that is located in Section 29 19, Township 36 North,
Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian in the County of
Will, State of Illinois, this parcel being more particularly
described under Section 10 of this Act, which is under the
control of the Department of Corrections.

    Sec. 10. Property sale.
    (a) The Director of Corrections, on behalf of the State of
Illinois and the Department of Corrections, must convey by quit
claim deed all right, title, and interest of the State of
Illinois and the Department of Corrections in and to real
property situated in the vicinity of Weber Road and West
Division Street in Will County which is a parcel containing 200
acres, more or less, that is located in Section 29 19, Township
36 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian in the
County of Will, State of Illinois, this parcel being more
particularly described in a legal description to be made by an
Illinois professional land surveyor, the cost to be paid by the
purchaser, described in Section 5 to the Director of Central
Management Services for disposition pursuant to subsections
(a), (d), and (e) of Section 7.1 of the State Property Control
Act.
    (b) Notwithstanding the provision in subsection (d) of
Section 7.1 of the State Property Control Act that requires
that moneys received for the sale of surplus property be
deposited in the General Revenue Fund, all moneys received from
the sale of the surplus real property under this Section shall
be deposited into the Road Fund.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
